Placing an order

Once you have placed your order on our website and have completed the checkout stage you are confirming that your order and all the delivery information is correct, this also applies to orders that have been placed over the telephone once we have double checked your order and delivery details with you. Your order will be processed based on the information provided by yourself, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information that you have provided. You will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted and dispatched. 

We may refuse to accept your order for the following reasons:

if the product you want is out of stock.

if there has been a pricing or product description error.

if the payment method declines.

if we believe there is a fraudulent transaction taking place.

Discounts & Free Shipping

Please note that any discount code that is active  is not available on items in the SALE ITEMS category, or in conjunction with any other offer.

We reserve the right to withdraw these discount codes at any time without any prior warning.

Cancellation of your order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please contact us by email to sales@eveincarcare.co.uk . Once we have received your email we will cancel your order and refund you in full straight away.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched please contact us by email to sales@eveincarcare.co.uk . You will have to return the parcel to us unused and in its original packaging. The cost of the return postage will be at the expense of yourself, we recommend that you use a trackable service and that you retain proof of postage. Once we have received the goods in an unused condition we will refund your payment. If the goods are used or damaged we will be unable to refund the value of these goods.


Our customers are very important to us. We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days and to resolve the problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please email all complaints to sales@eveincarcare.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 3 working days.
